What equipment can you assess?
Tell us about your phones, tablets, laptops or other IT equipment, its approximate quantity and condition. We will confirm what can be included in the project.
Does every device have resale value?
Value depends on the model, age, condition and market demand. We assess each fleet and agree the appropriate route, including recycling for equipment that cannot be reused.
What happens to devices that cannot be erased?
An unsuccessful erasure is not treated as a successful result. The device is held from release and an appropriate alternative handling route is agreed for the asset.
Can we connect ITAD with a new purchase?
Yes. We can assess your existing fleet during procurement and discuss upfront credit towards your next devices. The valuation and settlement terms are confirmed in the quote.
